Tokens accumulate across your organization. Example: 1 Pro user (100M creation tokens) + 5 Starter users (5×10M = 50M creation tokens) + 4 Free users (4×2M = 8M creation tokens) = 158M total knowledge creation tokens per month. Same applies to storage and search tokens.
Organizations can have users on different tiers. Free users contribute their limits without additional cost, making it economical for mixed teams with varying usage patterns.
Workspace owners pay for storage and knowledge creation tokens. Individual users pay for their own knowledge search tokens when they exceed their free tier limits. Being invited to workspaces never affects your bill.

Storage: If you're on Starter (5 GiB included) and use 7 GiB, you pay an extra 2 × $0.50 = $1.00/month for the overage (not all 7 GiB)
Generation Tokens: If you're on Starter (10M included) and use 15M tokens, you pay an extra 5,000 × $0.00150 = $7.50
Embedding Tokens: If you're on Starter (3M included) and use 3.5M tokens, you pay an extra 500 × $0.00010 = $0.05
Rate limits are soft-enforced to ensure quality of service. Occasional spikes are allowed, but sustained high usage may be throttled.
You only pay for workspaces you own. Being invited to workspaces never affects your bill.
Overage charges are calculated monthly based on actual usage. You'll receive usage alerts before hitting limits.
